Course Objective
To apply the theoretical and practical courses thought during undergraduate education
To provide professional experience
To prepare the students for work life.
To teach work discipline.
Course Content
This internship includes getting to know the working environments in the field of molecular biology and genetics (medicine, cosmetics, detergent, health, etc.) and involves practicing the information learned during the study period. In the internship, students are allowed to choose the desired area (public or private) for 30 working days.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Learn laboratory disipline and define the devices available in the laboratory
- Learn the work flow and the analysis conducted in the laboratory or company
- Design and apply experiments
- Collect data, analyze and interpret results.
- Present the experimental results in oral and written reports
- Learn working effectively and taking responsibility as an individual or a team.
