Course Objective

The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the principles, applications, advantages, and limitations of the major experimental techniques used in molecular biology, and to develop the ability to design experiments, analyze results, and interpret biological data.

Course Content

Theoretical and practical examination of the fundamental experimental techniques used in molecular biology; nucleic acid and protein analyses , gene expression analyses, experimental design, and interpretation of scientific data.
