Course Objective

The course aims to explain the importance of knowledge for business and management and introducing the basic concepts of knowledge management and knowledge management process.

Course Content

Knowledge chain, knowledge market, transformation of knowledge, knowledge strategy, capacity, knowledge chain and its effects on working with knowledge in organizations, organizational structure and knowledge management

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. To be able to analyze the role of Information Management in achieving economic and financial objectives, quality and process development, and innovation.
  2. To be able to apply information management models and technologies to business environments.
  3. To be able to prepare the information management process of the organization.
  4. To be able to prepare the information management plan that will develop opportunities for the creation, retention, presentation and sharing of information within the organization.
  5. To be able to make the knowledge management plan that will develop the necessary opportunities to support organizational decision making.
