Course Objective

To gain the ability to evaluate classroom learning

Course Content

Measurement tools used in education and their properties; tools based on traditional approaches: written exams, short answer exams, true-false type tests, multiple-choice tests, paired tests, oral examinations; tools for multi-faceted recognition of students: observation, interview, performance evaluation, student product file, research papers, research projects, peer review, self-assessment, attitude scales; points to be considered in the evaluation of student success; evaluation and grading of learning outcomes.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Ölçme ve değerlendirmenin eğitimdeki işlevinin farkında olur.
  2. Ölçme ve değerlendirme araçlarının genel özelliklerini açıklar.
  3. Sınıf içi değerlendirmelerde kullanılan temel yaklaşımlar ve teknikleri açıklar.
  4. Farklı öğrenme alanlarına uygun ölçme araçları geliştirir.
  5. Dersin kazanımına ve sürece uygun ölçme araçları geliştirir.
  6. Geliştirdiği ölçme araçlarına uygun değerlendirme yöntemleri kullanır.
