Course Objective
To provide students with a basic perspective on Human Resources Management.
Course Content
Human resources management, history, definition, objectives, precaution, human resources planning, job analysis and job design, human resources procurement and selection process, training and development, career management, performance appraisal, job appraisal and wage management and rewarding, job security and occupation health, legal dimension of human resources management, information system subjects constitute the content of the course.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Can plan the educational deficiencies of employees.
- Obtain general information on the training needs of employees and preparation of training programs.
- Know and use the basic concepts related to human resources management
- The HRM assesses the school organization in context.
- Has knowledge about human resources planning, business analysis and business design
- Know the purpose, importance and principles of human resources management
- Find out about candidates who are employed, how they are used in the selection process and placement of the job.
- Obtain general information about the subjects related to health and safety at work and related legal regulations.
- Workers 'and employers' rights have very general information about legal regulations.
- They can use processes such as analyzing the job well, getting the right employee for the right job, selecting, placing, creating an attractive organization for competent employees, creating a learning, continuous learning and developing workforce, and wage management
- Knows the techniques of human resources development in organizations.
- Understands the importance of talent management in organizations.
- Learn how the commonly used methods of performance appraisal methods are applied.
