Course Objective
Paragraph forms and structure; technical specifications of paragraph; paragraph analysis; extraction of paragraph plan; description, comparison, discussion, narration, text writing, abstract writing, interpretation; writing short stories and articles (on books and / or films) and official / informal letters.
Course Content
Reviewing the basic features of the paragraphs and articles, reviewing the paragraph types, extracting the outline of the article and the links between the sentences, estimating the text of the manuscript, creating a selection file for writing assignments, reading different paragraphs and writing a sample paragraph,
Course Learning Outcomes
- The students develop steps such as generating ideas, organizing, planning, reviewing and editing in paragraphs.
- The students recognize texts from various fields and know the relevant words.
- The students demonstrate the ability to combine their ideas.
