Course Objective

- Estimates future demands by considering past demands.
- Makes process design and purchasing or production decisions.

- Designs layout according to the sequence flow straight line method.
- Makes production planning and scheduling.
- Makes job sequencing and production scheduling.
- Understands cell type manufacturing and creation methods and creates manufacturing cells.
- Understands and applies inventory management calculation methods.
