This project covers the provision of consultancy services for redeveloping the Branch Business Model and branch design of Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank from a customer experience perspective. Within the framework of the project, which lasted approximately 6 months, the branch designs of Kuveyt Türk and of Türkiye's leading banks were examined with the aim of establishing the basic principles for a new branch design. The project work was carried out on the basis of a roadmap prepared to this end.
