The specific aims of the project are: to have university students who can act as role models within the framework of shared cultural values mentor selected high school students following the training they have received; to bring these students to a position where they can take on socially active roles that strengthen their self-confidence within society; to develop students' persuasiveness and research skills; to improve their ability to speak in public and to express themselves with ease; to foster multifaceted and rapid thinking; to teach them to use body language effectively; to provide them with different perspectives during studies and activities; to develop their ability to think and respond quickly; to teach them to use time effectively; to enable students to follow current affairs; to develop their questioning skills; and to ensure that they have a platform on which they can represent themselves at the international level.

The aim of the project is to create a foundation on which young people can fully realise their own potential as individuals who hold universal human values, are committed to national values, are respectful of society, are engaged and self-confident, possess strong speaking and oratory skills, take an active role in social life, exercise their fundamental rights and freedoms effectively, and are able to compete with their peers internationally and represent their region.
