This is a training programme open to coaches who have completed coaching training and wish to practise corporate coaching professionally and specialise in this field, as well as to business owners or senior managers in any organisation who have a background in coaching training.
At the end of the programme, participants gain the skills and competencies needed to identify and resolve problems within organisations, to activate corporate projects, to improve employees' individual performance — in short, to use existing human resources effectively and achieve corporate objectives. At the same time, by combining the art of coaching with the realities of the corporate world, they take a firm step towards becoming effective executive coaches.

At the end of the programme, participants are entitled to receive their certificates signed by Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.
Examination: Participants who score 75 points or above in the examination held at the end of the training will be entitled to receive a “Training Certificate”.
An 80% attendance requirement must be met during the training.

- Should the competent government authorities declare curfews or similar measures due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the announced programme schedules may be subject to change.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date.
- Weekday and weekend training groups will be determined according to the number of participants during the final registration period.
