Synchronous Distance Learning
This program has been designed for managers and prospective managers who feel ready to embark on a leadership journey. In this program, managerial and leadership qualities are examined through a mindfulness-based approach. Prospective leaders have the opportunity to assess themselves in terms of personality dynamics, their relationship with themselves and with their followers, and the processes of achieving individual and organizational goals. In the light of the knowledge and practices gained in this training, participants will be able to draw up their own distinctive leadership roadmap through personality analysis, SWOT analysis and transactional analysis exercises.

Participants who complete the training are awarded a certificate by Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University within one month at the latest.
An 80% attendance requirement must be met during the training.

- Our synchronous distance learning sessions are held via the MICROSOFT TEAMS application.
- In order to attend this training, participants must have a MICROSOFT account (hotmail, outlook, etc.) and have the MICROSOFT TEAMS application installed on their computers.

- Should the competent government authorities declare curfews or similar measures due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the announced programme schedules may be subject to change.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date.
- Weekday and weekend training groups will be determined according to the number of participants during the final registration period.
