The purpose of Total Quality Management is to increase productivity and quality, eliminate complaints, make optimum use of available resources by reducing costs, shorten processing times and continuously monitor developments so that they can be transferred into corporate activities. The aim of this training is to embed this approach in companies that apply or wish to apply Total Quality Management and to train practitioners who will help the process spread throughout the company.

Participants who successfully complete the program earn a certificate approved by the Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University Continuing Education Center.
An 80% attendance requirement must be met during the training.
- Discounts are available, subject to quota, for IZU staff, alumni and students.
- Should the competent government authorities declare curfews or similar measures due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the announced programme schedules may be subject to change.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date.
- Weekday and weekend training groups will be determined according to the number of participants during the final registration period.
