At the end of the programme, participants are entitled to receive a certificate approved by Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University.

Training institutions keep a record showing candidates' attendance, and those who fail to attend 1/12 of the classes are dismissed from the training programme.

  • The theoretical module of this training is delivered via the Mediation Department's Training Management System (ARASİS) using the "synchronous distance learning" method.
  • Once the groups have been approved by the Mediation Department, no FEE refund is possible.
  • IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
  • As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date (and before the programme has been approved by the relevant department).
