Participants who complete the training receive a certificate of attendance approved by Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University within one month at the latest. The documents can be viewed via e-Government.
An 80% attendance requirement must be met during the training.

- Once groups have been confirmed, FEE refunds are not possible.
- The discounted rate for students is limited by the available quota.
- IZUSEM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary during the announcement and implementation stages of its programmes.
- As the quota for the programme in question is limited, no refund will be made to participants who have been granted final registration by IZUSEM and have paid the programme fee, regardless of whether they attend the programme, except for those who submit a written application to IZUSEM stating that they will be unable to attend at least 2 weeks before the programme's start date (and before the programme has been approved by the relevant department).
