Given how few family businesses today manage to survive beyond the second generation, planning the transition to a corporate structure in order to eliminate the problems and threats these businesses face has become equally important.

The 'Institutionalization in Family Businesses and Family Constitution Training' certificate program aims to raise awareness of the importance of taking the necessary institutionalization steps: preserving the fast decision-making advantage and the spirit of family unity that make family businesses successful, while eliminating factors that threaten the company such as managing intergenerational transitions, the distribution of authority and duties as the family grows, and the problems that may arise when the head of the family hands over management, as well as putting the necessary principles such as the succession plan and the family constitution into writing and drawing up shareholder agreements.
