Course Objective

To give the student vocabulary and grammatical information suitable for the A1 level of Arabic, to provide fluency in speaking and pronunciation, to gain listening, reading comprehension and writing skills.

Course Content

 It constitutes the initial level of Arabic language learning, and is a basis for learning contemporary Arabic. It provides the student with the skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Arabic at the beginner level.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Compositions in the discipline of syntax: specializes in verb and noun phrases, noun and adjective phrases and their different meanings.
  2. Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and fairly simple sentences aimed at meeting concrete needs.
  3. If the other person speaks slowly and clearly and is helpful, can deal with them in simple ways.
  4. Write a short and simple postcard to send holiday greetings; in hotels, it can embroider names, addresses, national identity and the like on forms.
