Course Objective
First of all, the students who take this course in i.Z.U. will be able to: Revaluating the entrepreneurial skills in a competitive environment; Evaluating opportunities and risks specific to business environment; To take strategic decisions to attract and retain customers, using modern sale methods and techniques; Assuming the business decision and planning its implementation. Students must have the ability to prepare project where the final research assignment (s) and / or finishing projects (s) to present advantageous and / or disadvantageous aspects of the surroundings (close and / or distant) of differentorganizations; The entrepreneurship process occurs when individuals (or teams) identify opportunities, evaluate whether these opportunities are viable, and then assemble the resources needed to build a new venture. This course provides an intensive overview of the first step in this process. The primary goal of thiscourse is to help students generate potential ideas for a business. Through a combination of readings, brainstorming sessions and presentations, we will learn how tosearch for and identify entrepreneurial opportunities.
Course Content
- Understanding the role of entrepreneurs and presenting the most common mistakes incurred in drawing up a business plan;
- Developing skills in explaining and interpreting the problem of creating a business plan;
- Presentation and marketing techniques to promote business plan;
- Familiarity with the prepared financial statements (balance sheet, cash flow, income statement).
At the end students must have the ability to prepare project where the final research assignment (s) and / or finishing projects (s) to present advantageous and / or disadvantageous aspects of the surroundings (close and / or distant) of different organizations;
