Course Objective
This course aims to examine the basic concepts and mechanisms of the digital economy and its impact on the global economic system. By addressing the role of digitalization on business, financial markets and consumer behavior, students will be able to grasp the digital transformation processes.
Course Content
This course will cover topics such as the basic principles of digital economy, e-commerce and digital business models, blockchain and cryptocurrencies, the effects of big data and artificial intelligence on economic systems. In addition, digital marketing, digital payment systems and the legal and ethical dimensions of digitalization will be examined to provide students with a comprehensive perspective on the digital economy.
