Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Understand and apply fundamental concepts in the game development process (game genres, game ideas, level design).
  2. Prepare game documentation to manage the project development process systematically.
  3. Develop game mechanics and user interactions using tools like Unity and similar platforms.
  4. Integrate humanoid animations, natural animations, and 2D artistic workflows into game design.
  5. Analyze player behaviors and design experiences that meet the expectations of different player types (socializing, exploring, challenging).
  6. Understand the dynamics of the gaming industry and industrial processes to evaluate career opportunities.
  7. Create compelling game worlds using conceptual art techniques.
  8. Understand Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and Mixed Reality (MR) concepts and integrate them into game design and development processes.
