Course Objective
It is aimed to take a step towards effective management by emphasizing the importance of human resources, which are the most important resource for organizations to show good performance.
Course Content
Concept and information analysis regarding planning, selection, adaptation, motivation process, performance evaluation and rewarding of resources needed for production in organizational life.
