Course Objective
At the end of this course, students will be able to learn the basic concepts and rules of Training Science and be able to use what they have learned in the application phase, and gain the knowledge and skills to implement a general training program.
Course Content
The concept of training and its basic principles, the effects of training on the organism, fatigue, recovery, training parts, planning, micro, macro, annual planning, loading and basic principles, overtraining, talent selection in sports, development of biomotor abilities, elements of training, classification according to sports types, It includes training factors, training models, aims of training, features aimed to be improved by training, and energy systems in training.
