Course Objective

The aim of lesson; To provide students with the knowledge to discuss the business strategies of public and private sports organizations and the functionality of problem-solving methods related to human resources management in sports businesses.

Course Content; It covers the subjects of production factors, marketing strategies, human resources management in sports, sports business analysis, human resources management in sports businesses and the problems encountered.
