Course Objective

The aim of the course is to provide students with the ability to apply basic techniques specific to the taekwondo branch.

Course Content

The content of the course covers the history, definition and development of the Taekwondo branch, the terminology of the Taekwondo branch, basic technique classifications, taekwondo hall and competition rules, punching techniques, foot striking techniques, kicks, defense techniques, pumse forms, combined basic techniques, and competition techniques.
