Course Objective

The aim of lesson; to students; The aim is to provide students with the ability to apply basic techniques specific to the show gymnastics branch.

Course Content

Course content; It covers the basic concepts of show gymnastics, the materials used in show gymnastics and competition rules, basic running forms, flexibility movements, balance stances, swings, turns, jumps, somersault techniques, formations, lift technique, and examination of sample choreographies.
