Course Objective
The aim of lesson; To provide students with the ability to apply the basic techniques of ice skating.
Course Content
Course content; introduction, general and special explanations about the course, introduction to ice skating and the history of ice skating, ice skating game rules and forward and backward skating practice exercises, forward lemon, backward lemon, backward skating practice exercises, forward and backward spiral skating practice exercises, right and left spiral, snow plow stance practice exercises, front to back and back to front transition to the pivot technique practice exercises, forward diagonal skating practice exercises, backward diagonal skating techniques and practice exercises, four main positions of ice skating and practice exercises, ice skating back exit practice practices, Double leg spin and spin practice exercises in ice skating and jumps in ice skating; It covers the subjects of wals jump application studies.
