Course Objective

This is a course in advanced badminton where sport-specific training techniques and application methods are discussed and how to integrate these techniques into the performance development process is shared in detail.

Course Content

Introduction to advanced badminton techniques and tactics, singles and doubles strategy development, opponent analysis, tactical manipulation, offensive and defensive game setups, serve and receive tactics, in-match adaptation, combination games, video-assisted match analysis, psychological endurance in high-tempo games and the impact of international badminton rules on tactics, tournament preparation.
