Course Objective
The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge to interpret the legal process within the framework of national and international sports law legislation.
Course Content
The course content covers definitions and concepts related to sports law, the establishment of sports organizations and the ministry in Turkey, the legal nature and hierarchical relationships of sports organizations, the establishment of the TFF, its characteristics and differences from other organizations, the introduction of sports clubs, the working conditions and legislation of athletes, an overview of the resolution of sports law disputes, and an examination of sports clubs and their legislation.

Course Learning Outcomes
- Ability to understand and use basic information on the basic concepts of the relevant branch of law, to evaluate and comment, to analyze economic developments, to express opinions on financial issues, to develop solutions to various financial problem
- Explains general information about the Sports Organization. Analyzes the outcomes of business, tax and public law in sports.
- The concept of discipline in sports and the measures taken to prevent doping by athletes during competitions, agreements related to sports law and the obligations of the parties in these agreements and the consequences of breaching the agreements.
