Course Objective
Subjects related to field measurements, player formations and technical and tactical development for the handball branch are mastered. It also contributes to the development of the branch by applying the rules of the handball game.
Course Content
Lesson, field dimensions of the handball branch and positions of the players
Learning technical and tactical principles for the handball branch
Obtaining information about Türkiye and World handball history
Learning ball handling, dribbling, passing and shooting types in handball
Learning defensive and offensive formations in handball

Course Learning Outcomes
- Learns about the history and current situation of handball.
- Can understand the basic information about handball, including field dimensions and game rules.
- Can practice basic skills such as ball handling and dribbling in handball
- Knows the types of passing and shooting in handball and provides attack organizations based on these skills.
- He knows the offensive and defensive formations in handball and can apply the skills in training and friendly matches.
