Course Objective

Teaching gymnastics training principles, understanding the importance of physical activity for health, basic movement training that can be done in gymnastics and plans for the development of bio-motor abilities.

Course Content

Introducing the principles of gymnastics practice and the auxiliary materials used in the exercises, teaching the basic training of artistic gymnastics with physical activity (exercise) examples depending on their usage patterns and usage patterns.
