Course Objective

The aim of the course is provide that learned the basic movement skills.

Course Content

This course includes the definition of movement competence, the various skills to learn and develop the body, field, effort, movement relations by combining the concepts of balancing movements, displacement movements, the basic skills and teaching of combined movements that require object control.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Explain the concepts and principles of movement skills.
  2. It performs displacement movements with increased agility.
  3. Performs displacement movements by using body, field awareness and motion relations.
  4. Performs object control movements by using body, field awareness and motion relations.
  5. Performs balancing movements using body, field awareness and movement relationships.
  6. Uses basic combined movement skills effectively and diligently.
  7. Develops combined movement skills using various strategies and tactics.
