Course Objective

In this course, volleyball basics, techniques and tactics are taught.

Course Content

Definition of the volleyball game, historical development of volleyball, volleyball game rules, volleyball warm-up, volleyball basic techniques and teaching (finger pass, cuff pass, serve, dunk, block, plonjon), volleyball game systems and teaching.
