Course Objective
The aim of this course is to systematically examine Muslim thinkers' views on economics since the time of the prophet.
Course Content
In this course, the economic views and works of prominent Muslim thinkers, including the post-prophetic era, the medieval period, the period up to the 20th century, and modern times, are discussed.
Course Learning Outcomes
- To learn the economic thoughts of Muslim thinkers who were influential in the establishment and development of our civilization with their thoughts and theories.
- Understanding the development course of economic thought in rights and power-centered civilizations
- Trying to understand the historical foundations of Islamic economics
- o learn the economic practices of our Prophet (saas) and Hulefa-i Raşidin and the economic structure in the Age of Happiness
