Course Objective

The principles of reconstruction law, the transfer of other concepts of law, especially with the law of goods, and the basic concepts.

Course Content

Within the context of Zoning Law, the place and importance of Zoning Law in other branches of law are discussed; legislation related to zoning, principles related to zoning plans, principles related to structure and structure, zoning obligations and sanctions, construction supervision and judicial supervision are examined.
