Gaining the ability to recognize and comment on Contemporary Fiqh Problems

Course Content

1. The framework and source of Islam and Fiqh

2.Revelation-human-mind relationship

3. Book-Sunnah relationship (carrying it to the present)

4. The scope of fiqh (ibâdât, treatment, excellence)

5. The power of fiqh to solve problems

6. Fiqh problems and fiqh schools

7.Fatwa and exchange

8.Activities of the Messenger of Allah in terms of bindingness

9. Fiqh problems and the convenience principle

10. Fiqh problems (causes, methods, approaches)

11. The category of provisions (dianî-qadaî, fatwa-accident ...)

12. Halals-harams

13. Fiqh and Moral Relations (example of the Quran and the Prophet)

14. Religion and human relationship (man's need for religion)

15. Counseling and training of human beings

16. Current issues (salah for the dead and sick, reading the Quran, prayer; compensation / substitution of worship; sick prisoner, visits to the elderly and the way to follow
