Course Objective
It is aimed to investigate crimes such as threats, blackmail, algebra, deprivation of freedom of person, immunity of dwellings and judgments of the Supreme Court and comparative law.
Course Content
To be able to evaluate the crime against the Hürriyet, To determine the legal benefit protected against the crimes against Hürriyet, To evaluate the judicial decisions about the crimes against Hürriyet, To reveal the differences between the crimes against Freedom.
