Issues related to traffic regulation and traffic safety in terms of safety of life and property on the roads (All matters are to be considered on the basis of events and decisions passed to the courts.)

Course Learning Outcomes
- To be able to criticize and decide on concrete events as a result of handling the traffic problem from the perspective of legal responsibility and perfect responsibility
- Being informed about the laws and regulations in practice, especially the Road Traffic Law and Regulations, and being able to formulate these information and apply them to concrete events
- Having information about highway traffic legislation and creating results in legislative matters
- Being able to have knowledge of the legal, economic, technical and psychological aspects of the traffic problem in general and to make decisions based on this information
- Be able to criticize and decide on concrete events in the event that the traffic problem is investigated in terms of criminal responsibility
