Course Objective
The aim of the course is to examine the current issues developing in the axis of the fundamental issues of intellectual property law, to analyze the new trends brought by technological developments to intellectual property law.
Course Content
Developments in areas such as patent law, trademark law, intellectual and artistic works, and unfair competition constitute the content of this course.
