Course Objective

Teaches the principles of IT law, cyber crimes, problems encountered in the areas where information technologies are used extensively and regulations about protection of personal data.

Course Content

The scope of IT law, IT crimes, criminal law, IT law and crimes, validity of electronic evidence in our law, electronic signature, responsibilities and obligations in Internet environment, financial information management and systems will be given.

  2. Have information about cyber crimes.
  3. Learns the laws and crimes of criminal law and the validity of electronic evidence in our law.
  4. Have information about responsibilities and obligations in internet environment.
