Course Objective

The basic aim of this course is to make students familiar with the theoretical discussions on the concept of civil society as well as with the ongoing problems on its practice in different societies.

Course Content

Diverse debates on the state and its functions, civil society, the relationship between civil society and democracy, civil society and liberties will be emphasized over through this course
