Course Objective

This course aims at teaching students about different theoretical approaches to democracy.

Course Content

The course will tackle major characteristics about representative, participatory, deliberative, militant and cosmopolitan democracy.

  2. Understanding how the concept of democracy has been interpreted in political theory
