Course Objective
The aim of this course is to deal with concepts, contracts and provisions related to trade and economics under Islamic law and to shed light on the applications of today's finance and commerce issues.
Course Content
This course will cover the theories of contract, the contractors' parties, their qualifications, contractual matters, contracts, contracts and types of companies, contracts and types in the trade and finance sector under Islamic law.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Have information about contract theory in Islam
- Have information about sales and lease contracts
- Have knowledge about Mudarabah contract and its application today
- Have knowledge about company types in Islamic Law
- Students can make comparisons between classical murabaha and murabaha applications applied in today's participation banks.
- Have information about interest-free finance techniques developed today
