Course Objective
Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to examine the contracts in fiqh al-muamalat and to establish connections with contemporary financial transactions.
Course Content
This course includes teaching companies and some types of sales applied in classical Islamic jurisprudence, how these are applied today, how they are applied as financial techniques and operations in non-phased financial institutions, and their discussion and development. In this context, the course includes the examination of classical fiqh mufavadah, 'inan, mudarabah, muzara'ah and musakat, company vujuh, salam and parallel salam, istisna' and parallel istisna' contracts, consumables and money trading and other Islamic finance techniques.

- Learning certain types of contracts and sales applied in classical Islamic jurisprudence.
