Course Objective
It is aimed to define, implement and evaluate the nursing care services that the patient / healthy individual and his family need in the environment where they live.
Course Content
This course includes home care services, historical development of home care, legal regulations and political dimension, duties, powers and responsibilities of home care team, duties, powers and responsibilities of home care nurse, home care services and current situation in the world and in our country, home care services in terms of health law, transition services, home visit, diagnostic tools used in home care, quality standards in home care services, needs assessment of home care nurse, communication in maintaining home care, nursing models used in home care and home care management in chronic diseases.
