In the course content, themes such as the definition of comparative education, its purpose, scope, historical development process, method in comparative education, organization in education, basic education, secondary education, higher education, teacher training systems, school administrator training systems, education financing, education policy, educational reform, globalization in education, international organizations and examinations, comparative education programs, the European Union and education will be examined with a comparative approach.
