Course Objective
Gaining the ability to recognize and comment on Contemporary Fiqh Problems.
Course Content
The course aims to identify new legal and moral problems caused by political, social and economic changes, scientific and technological developments in today's society and to present approaches for their solution. This course aims to provide students with the ability to produce solutions to legal and moral problems brought about by social change within the scope of religious services.
