Course Objective
This course aims to provide its participants a comprehensive introduction to human resource management with all its functions and processes. Main objective of the course is to demonstrate a big picture where participants can see all HRM concepts and practices together for sustaining an effective organization in line with the corporate strategy.
Course Content
The course aims to provide advanced and contemporary knowledge in the light of recent evidence and developments in science for all issues related to HRM, from creating a candidate pool to recruiting employees, performance management to training and development.

- Being familiar with the contemporary HR problems in business world and providing solutions for them.
- Creates models and scientific curiosities for posibble future research.
- Having an understanding on evolution of SHRM from personnel management and contemporary trends in HR
- Defining and understanding the fundamental concepts of Strategic Human Resource Management
- Using, shaping and changing human resource processes such as performance management, training and development, career management, job analysis, compensation and etc. for creating a competitive advantage for the organizations.
- Understanding the importance of HR in the success of organizations and acquires the efficacy of using and shaping HR for corporate success
- Developes knowledge and efficacy on issues that highly affects managerial effectiveness such as performance management, training and development, career management, job analysis, compensation and etc.
