Course Objective

I. To convey the concept, components and methods of project management

II. To provide a real-life application with the information taught on project management

III. To provide application with project management software such as MS Project

IV.  To convey the details about business communication that is essential during business life and project management.

Course Content

Basic Concepts of Project Management, Project Evaluation and Selection, Project Manager, Project Organization, Project Planning, Business Communication, Negotiation and Conflict Management, Budgeting and Cost Estimation¸ Time Planning, Resource Allocation, Monitoring and Information Systems, Project Control, Project Audit, Project Termination, Term Project Presentations
