Course Objective

English I is a compulsory course and aims to teach students grammar and vocabulary at the beginner level.

Course Content

The English alphabet, introducing oneself, defining and introducing the objects and persons in the vicinity, personality and possessive pronouns, counting numbers and ordering numbers, wide time, present time, why and why questionnaires, frequency markers, conjunctions, time and date singing, vocabulary exercises.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Gains foreign language skills relevant to his/her level.
  2. Uses English to introduce himself and all around.
  3. Is be able to understand and reading texts and current topics in paragraphs and explains them verbally.
  4. takes part in siple daily conversation
  5. After completing this course, students will be able to:1. Ask and answer simple questions on very familiar topics. 2. Use simple phrases and sentences to describe where they live and people they know. 3. Understand familiar words
  6. Pronounces the words properly.
  7. Understands short and clear utterances
  8. Understands short daily texts.
  9. Asks questions, reads simple texts.
  10. Learns how to use words appropriately in daily life.

  12. Students can respond to simple questions.
  13. Learning main foreign language grammer rules. By using ,the structures that have been teaching, true pronunciation and with tone can speak in a convenient place.
  14. Students can give directions.
