Course Objective
Having knowledge on basic principles of banking law.
Course Content
Establishment, Structure and Organs of Banks (General Board, Board of Directors, General Manager...), Definition and Types of Deposit Saving Deposits Insurance Fund, Auditing of Banks Accounting and Recording System of Banks, Acquisition, Merger and Liquidation of Banks.
