Course Objective
They will especially help their senior students in their professional lives; The principles governing administrative jurisdiction are to teach the tasks, powers and responsibilities of administrative jurisprudence in the light of case studies and court case law. It is one of the important requirements of becoming a state of law, to focus on the judicial supervision and ways of the administration.
Course Content
In the course, theoretical information will be given about judicial supervision. In this context, the development of administrative jurisdiction and organization, the cancellation case of administrative cases and the full judicial case will be dealt with. After defining the circumstances that give rise to responsibility, the administrative proceeding procedure will be explained in the light of the theoretical information given in cancellation and full judicial cases. The procedure of examining cases in administrative proceedings and finally the ways of the law against decisions in administrative cases will be taught. In addition, the theoretical framework of the course will be concrete with the current events and court case-law given in each course.
